Viking Repair Bothell is an independent repair company working on Viking appliances in Bothell since 2019. Most of what we are asked about sits inside cabinetry that somebody chose with care, which is why this site talks as much about panels, openings and drain loops as it does about pumps.
Why dishwashers lead
A built-in dishwasher is the appliance a remodel changes most. New flooring raises or tilts the floor it stands on, a new sink or disposer reroutes its drain, and a new custom panel adds weight to a door that was balanced for something lighter. So the questions owners, designers and contractors bring us are usually about the installation around the machine as much as the machine itself. The answers library on this site is where those get written down.

Other manufacturers are outside what we do, and so is installing new appliances: that belongs to your contractor or to the retailer's installer. Gas supply lines are a gas fitter's work and household wiring an electrician's.
How the price works
One flat $89 pays for the technician's visit and a complete diagnosis; say yes to the repair and all of that $89 is knocked off its price.
After the diagnosis you are given one written figure for the repair, taken from the band the fault belongs to; the bands are printed on every repair page. Parts are genuine Viking replacements ordered against your model and serial number. When a repair is not worth making on an appliance of that age, you are told so, and the service call is the only charge.
Hours
Technicians are out from 8 am to 8 pm, every day. The phone is picked up around the clock and the booking page never closes, but visits themselves are scheduled inside the technicians' hours.

Describe it with the model in hand
Read the model and serial from the rating label and say what the appliance does, since when, and what changed in the kitchen around then. A new floor, sink or disposer narrows a dishwasher fault before anyone arrives.

Measured at the appliance
Readings rather than guesses: pump current and drain flow on a dishwasher, level across the cabinet, element and sensor values on an oven, spark and gas pressure on a range. The fault gets named out loud.

Parts and labour in one number, the part matched to your model and serial. Say no and the visit is all you owe; say yes and the service call comes off the total.
